Actionable Gamification Prerelease

actionable gamification

A new book on gamification in prerelease: Actionable Gamification: Beyond Points, Badges and Leaderboards (2015), with its Kindle version already available on Amazon and Leanpub. The book discusses the Octalysis Framework, which is an important part in the course on “Gamification in Education and Management” at Gamedec.UKW Level 3.  The book was written by Yu-kai Chou, American pioneer and leader of gamification, whom we met last year at Game Industry Trends conference in Poland. With author’s permission, we included his conference slides in our gamedec reading list. In the next edition (that is, in October), we are ‘enlisting’ this very book.
